Description:
Pancakes are common snack especially for Kids.
Cooking time:
30 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1⁄2 tablespoons baking powder
4 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1-2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder in large bowl.
2. In another bowl beat eggs with milk and vanilla.
3. Add egg to flour and mix till smooth.
4. Let stand for 5 minutes and mix again.
5. Pour mix in hot skillet or frying pan to make 4-6 inch pancake. Flip when the edge is fried.
