Sardinas Fishball


Sardinas Fishball

Ingredients:
1 can Sardines in tomatoe sauce (Any Brand)
3 cloves garlic, Minced
Spring Onion, minced
Black Pepper, crushed/powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 cup All purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Cooking oil.

Instructions:
1. open the can or sardines, place the sardines in a bowl and remove the bones using spoon and fork.
2. Using the fork mash the sardines. (include the tomatoe sauce)
3. Add, black pepper, salt, flour and mix it up.
4. Add water and continue mixing it. 
5. Add the Garlic and Spring Onion, Continue mixing until all the ingredients are spread evenly.
6. After mixing, the consistency should be able to be molded or form. Form Balls or Nuggets depending on what shape you want. Set a side.
7. Heat the frying pan and add cooking oil.
8. Dunk the balls or nuggets and fry until golden brown.
9. Set and Enjoy.

Prepare sauce:
1. in a separate frying pan, heat and add table spoon of cooking oil.
2. add minced garlic and onion, add Ketchup and 4 oz. Sprite. (Yes sprite softdrinks)
3. add vinegar and flour.
4. Mix it well depending on your desired consistency.
