Banana Cue

Ingredients:

• 10 pieces ripe Banana (Saba)
• 250 ml cooking oil
• 1 cup of Brown Sugar

Instructions:

1. Peel Bananas (you can slice them) and set aside.
2. Heat the frying pan and pour oil once the pan is heated. set to medium heat.
3. Add 1 cup of sugar and wait for it to melt and caramelize. slowly stir to avoid melted sugar from sticking.
4. Once the sugar is melted. carefully add the banana into the hot pan with the melted sugar. Move the banana until it is covered with the caramelized sugar.
5. Sprinkle the remaining sugar on the Banana.
6. Serve and Enjoy!
