Hotdog Roll


Hotdog Roll

Ingredients:
  • 1 pack of regular sized hotdog
  • 1 loaf of Sliced Bread
  • 1 pack of Cheese (optional)
  • 1 pack of Bread Crumbs
  • 2 pieces of eggs
  • 1 pack of oil (for frying)

Instructions:
  1. Flatten the sliced bread by using rolling pin (alternative: Tall drinking glass). set them aside.
  2. Fry the hotdog for  2-3 minutes.
  3. French cut the cheese and set it aside.
  4. Beat two eggs until the white and yellow are well mixed.
  5. Lay all the flattened sliced bread, add the hotdog on top of the bread, add the french cut cheese and Roll the bread. (you can secure it with toothpick to avoid from unrolling)
  6. Dunk the rolled bread with hotdog and cheese to the beaten egg. (make sure everything is covered)
  7. Add the bread crumbs on the surface of the hotdog roll.
  8. Fry the hotdog roll until Golden Brown.
