Leche Flan
Ingredients:
- 6 Egg yolks
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4- 1/2 cup granulated sugar- caramel sauce
Instructions:
- Place the egg yolk, condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla in the large bowl. Stir to mix. Set aside.
- Put the granulated sugar in pan, turn heat into medium low. Let the sugar melt and caramelize.
- Prepare the bowl, add 1-2 teaspoon of caramelized sugar, you can add more depending on the sweetness you want to achieve. Evenly pour the custard mixture.
- Steam using rice cooker for 1 hour.
- Let it cool (once cool you can keep this in the refrigerator).
- Flip the bowl upside down, slice and serve. ENJOY!
