Banana Milkshake without Blender
Ingredients:
- 1-2 Pieces of Banana
- 1 cup fresh milk
- optional: Yogurt
Instructions:
- Add the sliced Banana in a bowl and mash the Banana until mushy liquid.
- Gradually add the cup of milk (and yogurt) slowly pouring in while whisking it with fork/whisker.
- Pour it in a tall glass, serve and enjoy!
